IQTJ is a global social impact nonprofit dedicated to advancing justice, equity, and sustainable development across Pan-African communities worldwide. With strategic programming spanning Africa, South America, the United States, and diaspora regions across the globe, IQTJ works at the intersection of culture, community, and systemic change, fostering unity and self-determination through education, empowerment, and advocacy that is deeply rooted in lived experience.
The challenges facing Afro-descendant populations are neither accidental nor isolated. They are the product of historical and systemic forces that have long shaped access to opportunity, resources, and power. IQTJ directly confronts these realities, equipping communities with the knowledge, tools, and networks to build sovereign, resilient, and globally integrated societies.

IQTJ exists to dismantle the structures of racial oppression and replace them with systems of possibility. Through culturally grounded education, community capacity building, innovation, and advocacy, we unite and empower African Diaspora communities across Africa, Brazil, the United States, and beyond, transforming historical injustice into a foundation for sovereign, self-determined futures.
